3. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners, Razorpay and Instamojo. By placing an order you authorise the applicable processor to charge the amount shown. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated there. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
4. Delivery & Access
Digital products are delivered by download link and/or email immediately or shortly after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and save your files. If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time, contact us and we will help you access it.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, and access cannot be returned once granted, all sales are final and non-refundable.
