1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name and email when you buy a product, subscribe, or contact us.
- Order information — the products you buy and transaction records.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser, device, pages visited, time on page, referring links, via cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics & advertising data — activity captured by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel (see Section 4). These load only after you consent where consent is required.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data on these legal bases:
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract — to deliver the products you purchase and provide support.
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Site and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including these third-party tools:
- Google Tag Manager — manages the loading of our other tags and scripts.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — measures traffic and how the Site is used.
- Microsoft Clarity — analytics including aggregated heatmaps and session insights to improve usability.
- Meta Pixel — measures our Facebook/Instagram advertising and helps show relevant ads.
- HubSpot — customer relationship management and site analytics that connect visitor activity to lead records for follow-up.
Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) load only after you give consent through our cookie banner, where consent is required by law. You can change or withdraw your choices anytime via the "Cookie settings" button on any page. Full details — including each cookie's purpose and lifespan — are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by Razorpay and Instamojo. The details you enter at checkout are collected and processed directly by them under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation and order details but not your full card or banking data.
- Razorpay — razorpay.com/privacy
- Instamojo — instamojo.com/privacy
6. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — payment processors (Razorpay, Instamojo), hosting and email providers, and analytics/advertising partners (Google, Microsoft, Meta), only as needed to provide their service.
- Legal authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
7. International Data Transfers
We operate from India and use service providers that may store and process data in other countries, including the United States and the EU. These countries may have different data-protection laws than yours. Where required, transfers of EEA/UK data rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism offered by the provider.
8. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary — to deliver products, keep transaction and tax records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes — then delete or anonymize it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any right, contact us (Section 14). We respond within the timeframe your law requires and won't discriminate against you for exercising a right.
10. Region-Specific Rights

You have the rights in Section 9 and may complain to your national Data Protection Authority (or the UK ICO). Our legal bases are in Section 3.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
You may request access to and deletion of your personal information, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your data for money. You can exercise these rights via the contact details in Section 14 and the cookie controls on the Site.
India (DPDP Act, 2023)
As a Data Principal you may access, correct, and erase your personal data, nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf, and address grievances with us first (Section 14).
Brazil (LGPD)
You may confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, or delete your data, and obtain information about with whom we share it.
Visitors elsewhere in the world receive, at minimum, the rights of access, correction, deletion, and marketing opt-out described in Section 9.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction; 18 under India's DPDP Act without verifiable parental consent). We do not knowingly collect children's data. Contact us and we'll delete any we learn of.
